1. Full Legal Name: Mediterranea Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

The District is located within the corporate limits of the City of Riviera Beach, Florida in Section 25 Township 42 South, Range 42 East, on the east side of Military Trail between Blue Heron Boulevard to the south and Woodbine Trail to the north. The District is bounded by a North Palm Beach County Improvement District canal to the south, Military Trail to the west, and a Florida Power and Light transmission easement to the north and I-96 to the east.
